it just happened few hourse ago. i cant type anything in microsoft word and powerpoint. when i try to type this subsctipt apears, it sais the selection is locked what should i do with it?

If you are using a trial version of the software, it will not work because you have to buy the software/the key code to unlock the software. Or you could try and restart your computer and try it again, but if it doesn't work you might have to purchase the code to unlock it.
