Microsoft Fax won't answer automatically?

I have installed Microsoft Fax but although I have checked boxes to answer automatically it won't. The only way to recveive a fax is to open the fax console and then click the receive now button, this then opens the fax monitor and the modem answers and receives the fax. If the monitor is already open then I still need to click on answer now. There must be a way to make it answer without human intervention.

theres probably just a bug. do a system restore and then reinstall the program and it should work
