i did ask this question yestoday. i have message come up when im trying to close any windows on internet saying program:c/dokuments and settings/natasha/desktop/iexplore .application requested runtime terminate in unsual way.what do i need to do?i did install microsoft visual c yestoday.does nothing

I don't think it has anything to do with MS Visual C. iexplore is the short name for Internet Explorer, and if it crashes then it means your browser is broken. You'll either have to re-install it or use a different one like Firefox.
