I had it installed on my old computer. I got a new one and totally emptied the old one (before uninstalling it- did i need to do that?). now that i have it installed on my 2nd computer, it says the product code is incorrect. please help. what can i do? can i call/email someone at microsoft?

you can only use the product code once and you already used now you have to buy another version of the software
email microsoft customer service.. and explain they'll give u a knew code
first double check the code.....make sure zeros are not O's and whatnot....then make sure that the code is licensed for more than 1 computer....if not you're out of luck and need a new subscription--but i tried mine on multiple computers and it worked so good luck to you!
