Microsoft Office Word 2007 question?

I wrote some thing on the Microsoft Office Word 2007, somehow I deleted or overwrote on it. the question is where can I get the thing back, I did saved the thing that I wrote for 3 times.

So you typed something in Word and then overwrote it. If you didn't save after making the mistake, you can save your document as another name and open the old document. It should not contain the changes. If you however did save after making the mistake, and you cannot undo your actions using Ctrl-Z or Edit-%26gt;Undo you have to unfortunately retype it.
