Microsoft website very frustrating?

i was just trying to actually DOWNLOAD an update for my Windows XP for most of today but the microsoft website kept sending me in circles!! has anyone else has this experience, or know how i actually find the download button??? thanks

Microsoft = Frustration.

Everyone has the same problem you are having. If you open up Internet Explorer (this is the only time you should use this, all other times use Firefox) click "Tools" then "Windows Update" and update XP from there.

I also ran into the "Running around in Circle" using Microsoft to download a fix for one of their updates, all because of its "Geniune Microsoft product Validation".

After a few times of pushing VALIDATE, it finally let me download the fix.
