[Microsoft Small Business Server] Chat Logging?

So my employer is monitoring all Microsoft Instant Messaging use as well as Internet use in general (pages viewed etc)

I use Gmail chat to communicate with my girlfriend during work. I use FireFox when I do this.... so obviously my question is: Are my chat records on Gmail still being logged?

You are safe in assuming that everything is being logged.

Key loggers only need to log every keystroke (they don't have to read your mail--today) and are common in business usage.
