In Microsoft Outlook Calendar, is there a way to only display the hours I work, not the 12am to 12pm that is on there now on the 1 day or 5 day views? So, I would like for example, my calendar only display the times 7:30am-5pm.

In Outlook, go to Tools %26gt; Options. On the 1st tab there is a section on the calendar. Click on that and you can set your working hours. Good luck!
