I think Bill Gates might actually make it better.
The name will probably stay the same.
Yahoo! Services should not be removed but even improved.
I am a big Google fan but this might make Yahoo! even better than this search engine giant.

Microsoft hasn't had much luck in developing their own search engine, so it's unlikey that they will improve upon Yahoo's model.
I find it hard to believe that it's a good thing for the consumer and will likely become a slow, bloated example of it's former self.

I think Google is better like a search engine, but Yahoo is better with his services.
