Go buy the sofware from Best Buy or somrthing, or you might be able to just downloadit from the internet but im not sure.

They are both part of the Microsoft Office Suite. You can buy MS Office, or you can buy Word and Powerpoint separately. There's a trial version available for free download from microsoft.com.
In order to use the Microsoft Office products, you have to buy Microsoft Office. 2007 is the newest version, although many people most commonly own 2003.
