The "Ultimate Microsoft Question!"?

Ok people, apart from Microsoft giving out Office 2007 to students for a low price, "The Ultimate steal", are they doing any other sort of schemes like this.

For instance is Adobe giving out cheap/free softwares and are other companys following suit for students. I am soo chuffed at the fact Microsoft have giving the oppertunity to students to get 拢500 worth of software to students for a nickel.

Are there any other schemes???

II want more FREEBIESS LOLZ

Microsoft is not known for freebies... You can pirate it if you want, but i can't condone illegal activities.

Just search the Internet for Freeware, these programs are free :-)
Most software companies have what they call "Academic" or "Student" Licenses for their software. This can be an invaluable resource for students that are a little strapped for cash. As far as getting software for free, Microsoft does a lot with their Webcast series, where you attend a few webcasts, and they give you free copies of different Microsoft software. Do a search for Academic License Software - that should get you on the right path...

Sure you have not heard of OpenOffice, it is totally FREE, not even a nickel.
This is America. Home of free enterprise. If you want free stuff, you need to go to a system that supports communism.
